Thursday, 02.23.12:

Adam in his Filthy Fifty.....

-Today is the start of the CrossFit Open for CFH, please come in and bring the energy, can't wait to watch you guys attack these workouts this season. We will be re-testing this on Saturday for those who wish to try it again or can't make it in today. 

-Olympic Lifting is tonight at 6:30pm...don't miss out.

-Our next On Ramp starts March 7th at 6:30pm! This is the first step needed to sign up at CrossFit Hingham. Our On Ramp meets 3 days a week for 4 weeks during which you will learn the fundamentals to get you up to speed to join classes. Take the first step in your amazing journey, do not miss out. Wednesday, 02.22.12:

 

Coach Rooney's rope climbs....you will get what you put in in CrossFit, make sure you are putting in the extra skill work to get those goats worked out.....

-The Paleo Challenge is over. Please turn in your log books. Hopefully you all learned the benefits of a solid nutrition program. Nutrition is the foundation of fitness, without it goals will not fall into place. I encourage everyone to stay on course and keep up with your nutrition, after a month it should be routine, the hard part is over but the journey is just beginning. This is also the start of the Games season, lets get dialed and kill it this year. Paleo Challenges are great but the true test is when there is nothing riding on it but your goals, and truth is this should motivate you to stay strict more than anything else.

-The 2012 CrossFit Open workout will be released at 5pm. This means the final call for all those who have not signed up...DO IT! Every skill/experience level needs to get in on this, it is a great time for all. You'll be doing the workout anyways so why not make it official and join the team. Some of you who signed up still need to make sure you join the CFH team and not just the affiliate, they are two different things, please double check. CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP.

-We will be doing the Open workouts on Thursdays and Saturdays. Please plan accordingly, you can do these more than once if you choose, if you don't want to there will be an additional workout on Saturdays for those who did it on Thursday.

Tuesday, 02.21.12:

Rich with a good finish....awesome work yesterday on the 3RM Deadlift re-tests, lots of PR's in a short amount of time, you guys should be pumped....keep it up!
