Eric is the owner and head trainer at CrossFit Hingham. He has been involved in many forms of the fitness industry and his journey has led him to CrossFit, which he feels is the best fitness and over all well being program available.
Eric served in the Army as an Army Ranger where he was deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. During his time in the military he was exposed to many fitness programs and techniques. After the Army he began fighting in MMA. He competed in many tournaments and became a professional MMA fighter. Eric decided to furthur test himself and tried out for the Ultimate Fighter television show for the UFC. He was chosen to appear on season eight, beating out thousands of applicants for the chance to win a contract in the UFC. Eric's appearance on the show was brief and after which he was at a crossroads. He felt at that time he had pushed the sport of MMA as far as he could at that point and was looking for something that challenged him. It was at this time he found CrossFit. Eric has attended multiple CrossFit specialty certifications and has competed in multiple events. The way that CrossFit can fulfill anyones fitness needs, from the professional athlete or elite soldier to the grandmother who wants to be able to pick up her grandchild, is what drew Eric in and made him further pursue helping people in their fitness and life goals with CrossFit. eric@crossfithingham.com

Trisha first became interested in athletics in high school. She was a member of her high school cheerleading and track teams and also took dance for many years. Trisha earned her degree in Elementary Education at Boston University where she was a cheerleader. After college she continued her cheerleading career on an adult team at a local all-star cheerleading gym. Trisha competed at the national level with both her college and all-star teams. She was the varsity cheerleading coach at Abington High School for nine years. During the 2009-2010 season her team earned league and regional titles, placed second in the state, and competed at nationals.
Trisha found Crossfit in 2008 when she was in a bit of a rut with her own physical fitness. She was instantly hooked. Not only did she feel like she got a great workout each and every time, but the camaraderie she felt and encouragement she received was what made all the difference. “There’s no better feeling than finishing a challenging workout and knowing that there’s a room full of people who just experienced the same thing and genuinely care about helping you achieve your goals. Crossfit has made me stronger and more confident in all aspects of my life.” Trisha loves teaching and coaching and is grateful to have the opportunity to witness people learn, grow, and strive for excellence every day. trish@crossfithingham.com
